Short Thought continued.....

To You I Call, Your Hope I Find

 

There's a time of pain in my life which I've always tried to tuck away,

never wishing for the memories to rise.

Experiences I wish I could erase. 

However the love and hope I have found in my Father God 

are things I know I should share, so hence I'm sharing my poem…

 

‘You’re always near, in you I hide.

Pain fills my tears, from hurt inside.

Such loving arms, they hold me tight.

I’m safe from harm, gone is the night.

A place of hope, in you I find.

Gently my fears you wash aside.

Your strength I need, to see me through.

So I choose this day to be with you.’

                                                                   

Whatever you've been through or are going through, it is not His will that you suffer.

He wants to help, for you to feel the tenderness of His love. 

It's ok to feel, try to be brave, God can heal.

 

‘I am leaving you with a gift - peace of mind and heart.

And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give.

So don’t be troubled or afraid.’
